Light colored leather hard to keep clean?
Ok, I have never owned a car with leather and I was gonna just get taupe ette but now I have up graded my order to include blue tooth and so I'm thinking that the premium pk is smart. I love the look of the savanna beige but do you think it will be too hard to keep clean?

It's no harder to keep clean than dark leather - it just shows the dirt more, so makes it easier to spot when it needs cleaning...

I've owned 1 car with light colored leather and it was my first and last because it required wayyyy too much maintenance to keep it clean. Everything from dirt to Blue from bluejeans rubs right off and shows up. My parents have a 300C with very light gray and they have the same problem.

You know...Wal-Mart sells some really high quality cloth slip covers for 19.95...you may even find some leopard print ones.....wouldn't that be nice?? So this way you can have leather as well as cloth....best of both worlds...

We have light beige leather in my Wife's XC90 and a 6 year old boy...never had any problems keeping the leather clean. No blue jean marks or anything. Use regular leather cleaner when needed but really no problems for me at least with that car. Hopefully that will still hold true as I just ordered my 135 with Savannah Beige so I hope it holds true!!
