Is this bolt off my X5?

I found the attached bolt in my driveway, right underneath the spot where I park my X5, approximately under the middle of the vehicle. I don't have a way to jack up the vehicle to see where / whether it fell off. Does this 3 cm long bolt, with a #4 on the head and a drill point cutting tip look like BMW issue? The cutting tip makes me think not, but I don't know where else it'd be from.

Are you parked in a garage with a metal garage door? Looks like a self tapping sheet metal screw - maybe fell out of your garage door?

I’ve never seen a bolt like this on any of my BMWs.
