If I get a loan thru NFCU - will they still provide a True Car discount cert to use at the Dealer? I've sent NFCU a message too. But tons of smart people on here so I'm asking - THANKS! Jim

For clarity, there is no such thing as the TrueCar discount. The certificates for the BMW Domestic Military Incentive are available on three different sites: TrueCar's military site, NFCU's car buying site hosted by TrueCar and BMW's Military site. It is always best and easiest to get your certificate from either TrueCar's or NFCU's site.

Where you finance only affects the incentive if you use BMWFS since it is then lowered to $500.

Clarity? LOL! No such thing! Discounts/Incentives change frequently. Dealers accept/apply discounts as they choose. I'll post what I learn from NFCU.

No, sounds like you are getting bad information and it is highly unlikely that NFCU will be able to help you and there is nothing they can tell you that would be of value to us as the process is well known and they do not know BMW's side of it.

The dealers have no choice in the matter as it is a BMWFS incentive. Just go to the website and print out the certificate and all will be well.
