How to remove passenger A/C vent by the window?

Anyone done this? Need to replace as the little tab no longer affects the vent blades.

I wish someone would answer this. I have the same problem on my 2025 X5. The air vent knob on the passenger side broke off. I found the replacement part on the web, but I haven't been able to find any instructions on how to remove the vent to replace the tab stem.
