Swapping Interior Trim

Does anyone know how to remove and replace interior trim?
I want to remove my gloss black and replace with wood.
If it is not too much, I will do it myself.

The dash trim and the door handle trim just snap in. Same with the part around the shift boot. The part around the ashtray requires removal of the center console. I will do a DIY post on most of it int eh next day or two (I will be doing the center console in a week or two).

if anyone is looking to swap the gray wood or the black for the regular wood out of a 135i sport convertible with iDrive, i'd be interested.

The center is a pain in the a$$. I swapped out the stock trim for the CF and it looks great, it took me and a buddy about 3 hours to figure it out though. 2.5 of those hours was spent ripping out the center console, haha.
