Car Detail/Wash Shops

I'm too busy to be washing my car by hand, but it seems that every detail/car wash place uses non-microfiber towels at some point during the wash. I would see Bentleys and otherwise high end cars at the wash I used to take my 645 to, but I am nervous about the paint on my new 1. What should I look for in finding a good car wash business? Does anyone know of a good one in South Florida?
