Verify Order issue
Bmw recently rolled out where you get an email once you order a car and have to click a link to verify your order. I got my email and it’s saying it cannot verify due to wrong customer information in the system. When I was with my CA he let me put my name and email so I know they match in their Dealer system for my order. Called up BMW genius/hotline they said give it some time but you have 10 days 2 are already gone and my order is individual. Just wanted to know if anybody else had this issue? This is entirely new system.
