Verify Order issue

Bmw recently rolled out where you get an email once you order a car and have to click a link to verify your order. I got my email and it’s saying it cannot verify due to wrong customer information in the system. When I was with my CA he let me put my name and email so I know they match in their Dealer system for my order. Called up BMW genius/hotline they said give it some time but you have 10 days 2 are already gone and my order is individual. Just wanted to know if anybody else had this issue? This is entirely new system.

News to me. My SA sent me my order build sheet to confirm before he placed the order. No automated email

Geez.. like mine, am guessing your BMW dealer has no clue what to do?

Is your order progressing without issues though even though you were never able to Verify Email?

Correct it will not impact any issues with your order

Thanks!! I’ll just ignore this email then. I have a production # anyway and I added my build to My Garage.
