Sorry about that.
I only saw one Jerez black M3 coupe out there. And it belonged to the guy I teamed up with in my car... Did you drive it out there too??? It was a great day wasnt it?? I've never been on one of those. I'm seriously thinking of doing the Perfection course too. At the time I didnt really know if I was learning much on the day but since last week I've noticed that I have really used the information I learnt. How bout you? |

I have JB coupe, and the guy I was teamed up with had an AW coupe. I think we might have been in the same car ?
I am out there again in a couple of days for the Perfection course. |

I was in car 4 (for the 325s) and in 14 in the M3s.
I got them all free - I had enough credits from my previous BMW purchases that the course tomorrow is free as well. I'll let you know how it goes. Hopefully the weather holds out .... |

Sorry for the late response.
The course was great. More of the same except they give you a bit more room. What do I mean ? Well, the laps were all in M3s and we were going substantially faster (230 on the straight and 165 through the first corner). Also, they let you use the MDM mode if you wish which lets the car move around some more and means the DSC is not constantly intervening. The group was also smaller which meant you got more time on the skid pan (how good is that !!!) and more time lapping the mini circut in the comp. I am pretty keen to now go on and do the 2 day course down at Phillip Island. A couple of the other guys mentioned that they were keen too. All in all it was well worth it. |

Yeah the skid pan was really great fun.. I wish I could do that again it taught me a lot about the car too. Thanks for getting back with info. |
