BMW of Bellevue or Seattle?
I am getting ready to put my money down for a 328i and am looking for your experiences with any of the above two dealerships. I know the relationship with a dealer is sort of like a marriage so your input/experiences would be great!

There are threads about both dealers in this section. You can just search for them.
I personally went with BMW Bellevue and my CA treated me well. I wouldn't say I was treated like royalty or anything, but they were helpful, polite, and always prompt to return my calls. Havn't had any experience with the service department yet, so I can't comment on that, you'll have to ask others in that regard.

I vote for Seattle
I've bought and serviced cars at both places.
Sales experience is parallel -- both have good salespeople. Service is better at Seattle. Bellevue has an attitude where the downtown guys, while not flashy, are earnest. Good luck. |

I agree with most of the above, Seattle BMW has a good service dept.
If you're willing to go out of state check with Jim Scott at Carrera BMW in Bend, OR. I got my 318ti from him for a great price & I may get my next BMW from him. Tell him you talked to "Will from Seattle", he'll remember me as I've stayed in touch...800 842-1584 |

I had a bad experience at BMW Seattle. They tried to haggle with me way too much. I came in with what I wanted, the invoice, and how much I wanted to pay over. They said that what I suggested was impossible. Turns out that BMW Bellevue was able to come very close to what I wanted. Ask for Mark Harrington at BMW Bellevue.

Anybody who's bought from Seattle, please post if you've gotten more than $500 off of MSRP. I keep talking to people who just love BMW of Seattle but are shocked I didn't pay full MSRP like they did.
If you like to negotiate, talk to Mark Harrington at Bellevue. Service at Bellevue is another matter though. |

If you're willing to go to Tacoma there is a CA named Ron Hansen who is probably the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever talked with. Didn't get my car there, because of the military deal, but he's a great guy.
