Cyba (Derek) / Division Autowerks saves the day

110% Satisfied!

Here's my story with Cyba (Derek), a very good one I might add.

Background: I needed an additional CF shark fin cover urgently to finish off a custom project on my car before shipping it out to WA. I already purchased one before from Cyba and it was great service as always.

This time, since I needed it quick, I ordered one from a different US-stocking vendor and asked for overnight delivery. To my dismay, UPS fucked up the delivery and left the package in their Louisville hub. This delayed the delivery for one full day. When my shop finally got the fin in, I drove as fast as I could to the burbs to get it test fitted. Both of us were instantly pissed. The fin was made about 2-3 sizes too small and would not sit completely over the stock fin....... I packed it back up and returned this to vendor #1. I'm a waiting for a refund for the fin and shipping.

That set us back for about 4-5 days and my body shop guy is going to OH to be a track instructor. I contacted Cyba again and requested express delivery of a shark fin cover from TW. THAT FIN GOT HERE IN TWO FREAKING DAYS! I ordered on Thursday and got it on Saturday. So, yesterday I took the fin the body shop and have him size / mock up the fin. The fin fits perfectly in the slot so he got to work immediately and the fin was in primer yesterday afternoon. Looks like everything is back on schedule and Horseless Carriage will pick up my car from them directly.

I am a happy camper thanks to Cyba (Derek).

Because I needed it overnight to finish off the project asap. I was leaving Massachusetts in a week's time at that point.
