Ipod connection help needed
First I bought an Isimple, located the 6 and 3 pin connectors, connected everything. pushed the mode button: "no disc". Next I tried the Grom unit, same result. My question is, is there a reason that the radio is not getting the signals from these units? 03 2.5 w/nav, no changer installed. I even removed the radio and checked for loose connections, everthing seems fine. also checked the 3 pin, the brown wire is on the outerside.

I haven't checked in in awhile. thanks for replying.
I went ahead and installing an OEM ipod adapter. so far so good. but I still don't understand why I only heard a faint sound when i connected the isimple. it was like i needed to raise the level somehow . |
