Exclamation Suspension compare... need help KW V3 Vs. H&R

i am looking for a set of suspension kit

now, i have to choose from H&R and KW v3

the price what i got (Toronto) is $2300 for H&R
$2800 for KW v3

i think all of you know the differnets between those, and i prefer KW v3

but the reason is one of my friend told me that the ground of Toronto will damage the KW, cuz the shock is very hard. but H&R is OK.

i just have one viehcle (z4 3.0), i will use it everyday, maybe go to track just in the weekends of summer.

pls, give me some ideas for choosing the suspension.

is the v3 really that easy to get damaged?

hr is monotube, and kw v3 is twin tube. 2300 for the hr is a rip off! go to tire rack, they go for aroung 1300! you can adjust the v3s a lot more than the handr. the hr will be rougher on the street, but i think they might perform better, because i believe the springs are linear vs. the progressive springs with v3s i may be wrong. there are people with both suspension set ups on this form. there is also two other coilover options that i am aware of. Ground control and TCK. I think the Ground control is a bargain, and that is what i was going to buy when i was going to buy suspension for my car but decided i wasn't going to do it. hope this helps/\

edit: the info i said was for the m so things are going to be different for you. um i think a popular set up for your car would be the konis with the eibach springs. do a search and look through the suspension section on the forum youll find what your looking for on here somewhere it just may require a little bit of digging

i know there are some differnence between M and non-M, so any one have experence for non-M?

i found out there are lots of suspsion for z4, so it is hard for me to choose one of them.
