I see a few things you need to work on but internet critiquing is not the best.

1. Use both hands to steer the car
2. Shift once, you don't need to downshift in a 135i (torque is plentiful)

Really the best thing you can do is find the fastest local guy and have him ride with you and then get to an Evo School or a local Novice Drivers School (SCCA).

Yea aside from the two hand on the wheel comment i would focus on smooth transition, in the second video you are really whiping the steering wheel around and understeering....runflats suck, that might work on r comps though. Nice vids...looked like a really fun track
