Not happy with **********s
25% restocking fee for painted reflectors that came from Bimmian and fit terribly, leading edge doesn't fit at all. The box is the size of a tube of toothpaste and they didn't do anything with it in the first place. Ordered reflectors from IND and will not get anything else from **********s.

Hey Man - I got mine from **********s as well and they fit like shit. In fact, my original reflectors are getting painted as we speak so I can swap them back in. I feel your pain dude...I got mine to fit "ok" but not a perfect fit.
sucks cause they aren't cheap. I've written them off. |

I dont think this is the first nor the last that we will hear of this discussion. I went with IND after doing a little research and could not be happier with that decision. Its not a hard process, dont know why everyone cant use the same part...sand, primer, paint, repeat.

I had the same bad experience. Poor paint match and lousy fit. I ordered a set from IND and couldn't be happier. Lesson learned.

had issues too. their problem is they buy the reflectors from bimmian but like some of you I won't do biz with them again as it took forever resolve my problems and a post on a message board to get some action.

Yeah I think they suck horridly too and their shipping prices are really expensive for even very small items. I wont ever buy from them again. Too slow and extremely bad customer service.

I bought a set of the Bimmian ones and they fit terribly also. I replaced them with a set of OEM ones from Renn-Spec and couldn't be happier with the quality/fit of them.

Wished I did a little more research before I bought mine from **********s. Waited a month for the reflectors and I had to contact them to send it. Reflector's shade was off and fit like crap. Lesson definitely learned. If they are horrible for the small stuff, I wonder how other people are doing with their service for bigger items.

I bought CF mirror covers that were "in stock." Why did it take 2 weeks to ship them out then?
I don't have a problem waiting for an item. Just don't lie to me and tell me they are in stock. Will not buy from them again.

Sorry to be a little , but are WheelSTO's OEM? How do they fit compared to IND's? I bought their matte black grille/matte black side gills/painted reflectors set, now I just need my car to arrive

Not sure is CYBA's are oem, but I've bought painted kidney grills and a rear diffuser from him and he's legit. Great guy and the parts fit great. Blue tips coming next... TBA!

Just saw this thread, first of all wish you guys just gave us a call or emailed us to let me know about having this issue. Previous to this thread I had only heard of one incident from a customer and it was with a red M3, but it was only a one time incident in months of selling it. I hadn't heard of anything since. So, I just got off the phone with our friends at IND and at the end of today you will be able to order the IND reflectors from our site. I will be dropping these reflectors from our site. To anyone who has any legitimate complaints please contact us and we will work with you to fix the problem. Quote:
