Unhappy No car wash at BMW of Westchester after any repair

I recently had to bring my 06/325 xi to BMW of Westchester for an auto trans oil leak and in the past, they always had a complimentary car wash, but after my repair was done and saw that my car was not washed , i decided to ask, they said that they do not offer that complimentary service anymore.

Does your dealership still offer this complimentary service to you after a repair?

Orange County BMW in Harriman NY gives a complimentary wash after any service, including an oil change.Even if you just get your wipers replaced you get the wash.

They did you a favor, unless you love swirls and scratches.

I had my HPFP replaced at Wide World of Cars BMW in Spring Valley. The service was great. They were proactive about repairs, did all the paperwork, gave me a 328i loaner with 4 miles on it and kept me in the loop. Then they returned my car fixed and washed.

why does this bother you ? Dealership car washes are notorious for leaving swirl marks and scratches on your car. When I go to the dealership, I insist "No car wash" for my car.

Every time I drop my car off at the Dealer, I request that they don't wash it.

Thumbs up Westchester BMW called

Well after the repair for a auto tranny leak at BMW of Westchester , now owned by Ray Catena, I received an email survey, which I rated them basically 5 all the way , except when the question about receiving the car not being cleaned.

They then called me about it within the week, and I told them I was satisfied with the repairs, and she was explaining to me that the new owner was correcting the issue about washing the cars so in the future all customers will receive that complimentary service.

She even sent me some complimentary car wash coupons for a local car wash, which most likely I'll use in the winter months.

So I can state I will give BMW of Westchester, owned by Ray Catena, a big thumbs up on there service.

Is this the one in portchester on Midland Ave? If so I was there last week and the spot where they usually wash the cars are now work bays, so I dont think they do anymore, my car was washed two days before I dropped it off and when I went to pick it up it was raining so its hard to say if it was washed however for some reason my interior looked a bit cleaner.
