[Frustration]

The third vehicle from these guys is my 335.


I like the sales guy and the price is always competitive but the service department wins hands down...

I've had cars from two others in the valley and neither handle you the way Chapman does. Easy communication, pretty understanding guys and every time I go in they seem like they're just as interested in what's happening as I am. The last car is a CPO and there were a couple of very minor things (door sill was loose, cup holder function wonky) and they were more ticked off about it than I was...


Ive spent twice the money other places and not recieved half the level of service.
