E93 Aftermarket Wheels / Offset

After 2-3 weeks of researching on this forum, I finally decided on 2 options.
Help me pick the better option.
My car is 09 E93
Option 1
VMR 713 wheel
Front 19"x8.5" +35mm 245 35 19
Rear 19"x9.5" +33mm 275 30 19
With Falken 452 tires: Members on here mention these runs narrow and that 245 is equivalent to 235 and 275 = 265.

Option 2
VMR 713 wheel
Front 19"x8.5" +35mm 235 35 19
Rear 19"x9.5" +33mm 265 30 19
With Hankook K104. Heard these were true 235's and 265's.
This route will save me about $100 on tires..
Or possble I may to with the General's.

I am planning on lowering car just enough to reduce wheel gap, it's convertible so not planning on tracking or racing, just looks.

Just to double check, these setup should not rub right? Thanks.

btw, I know the option 2 is more common on this forum, but option 1 was to get little more rim/lip protection.

I have option 2 on my e93 with Michelin PS2. I used Falken 452 on my Infiniti and the result was a desaster : uneven wear, very loud road noice while I have ferfect wheel aligment. Maybe it was my bad luck but I would go with little more quality tires like Toyo. I wouldn't recoment General since e93 is almost 4000 lbs.
