So I'm thinking about getting rid of my old AA Xede and getting a JB3 PNP. I know they say the JB3 PNP is an easy install but the removal of the Xede looks like it could be a bit tricky. Is there anyone local who has extensive experience removing and installing the two? I'm willing to pay ur fee if it's reasonable. Looking to do this this week.
