BBS CH lugnut question

I'm working on a trade to get a set of 19" BBS CH wheels. According to the Tirerack site, they come with new lugnuts. Are they different than OEM lug nuts? Can anyone provide me more info on this please?

The lugs that we include with this wheel have 2mm more usable length to them compared to the OE lugs.

If the seller doesn't have these "special" lug nuts, am I running a serious risk using the OEM ones untill I can buy a new set?

General rule of thumb is to have at least 5 complete turns from either the lugnut or wheel bolt. Anything less is risking it.
