Warning about 360 Forged on M5board

I was looking to buy some wheels, and on my list of companies was 360 Forged. They seem like a good company on E90post (I always see them post some very nice photoshoots).

Anyone know why on M5board there is a warning about 360 Forged?

I haven't seen any negative threads on them in the vendor review section, so I'm trying to figure out what the fuss is. I might just PM gustav and see if he will explain the issues people reported to him.

This is all over the place. I've heard about if ofr a while now.
Word is the owner is going bankrupt.
He was basically taken orders and money before the wheels were even produced.
He spent more money than he should have, now he's broke and can't even fulfill orders.

This is all rumor so don't quote me on it.
Don't know how much truth is in anything said in this industry.

yea i've heard of this for a while...

doesn't suprise me though, all these companies are buying rims from the same manufacturer and just rebranding them and making $$. when they can't manage the operation or the money then shit like this starts to happen.

360 Forged was having some major issues for a while. A lot were due to production delays causing customers to cancel their orders. We have stepped in and taken over the production side of things for 360 Forged. It has been a lot of work but things have definitely changed for the better already for 360 but they still has some customers they have to handle. Rest assured wheel and new production for newer sets are great!

Please PM me directly with any other questions or concerns you guys may have. I would be glad to clear things up.

i ordered mine 8 weeks ago and got them today!

i'm happy with them. they said that it will take 4 to 6 weeks to make and it took 7, but i'm fine with that. they called when it was done and confirmed my info. got it shipped and was a day early. i wasnt expecting them until tomorrow. one thing they need to get is a voicemail or answer machine, cuz i called a few times and they were closed and the phone just kept ringing. miner stuff. thanks for all the help 360.

Also watch out for Enkreuz forged wheels.

I ordered and payed (!!!) my wheels in the middle of February and i still havent recieved them...

That is soo f**king bad.

I'm not in the know or anything with the goings on in 360forged or their umbrella corp, but it seems a little suspicious to me when 90% of the people saying 360forged has turned around registered in April 2009...

360 Forged made a turn-around and is back again.. not to mention that the rumors were blown out of proportion by competing companies in the first place.
