Shops for DP and FMIC install in Houston?
Motorwerks never responded for a quote. Got a bunch of blahblah, never quoted. Probably busy.
Anyone know any other good shops with experience. I would do it myself if I had access to a lift. Anyone with a lift willing to rent it out for a few hours? Last edited by ianthegreat; 06-15-2009 at 09:35 PM.. |

Are you totally against doing it yourself? I've got a set of rhino ramps.. it might be worth meeting up early morning over a weekend. Pair of hands might make it easier. Let me know. If I find a place that can do the install I'll pm ya.

i'm not against doing it myself. I just heard that its a LONNGGGGGGGGGGG process and it takes shops with lifts and experienced guys a few hours to do DPs let alone my novice skills

Yea I'm in the same boat. I may just say fck it and do it myself. It will probably be a good 6 hour job first try. Just need to make sure I have the correct tools. Everything else I've installed myself.

Going to be about a week. I'm waiting for a carburetor to come in for my pick-up. Once I get her up and running (and reliable), I'll take the bmw out of service. Just want to make sure I have a ride to work if I screw something up. I'll let ya know!
