..got my car's brakes done..waited a damn hour for a rental car, first they said they will bring the car around front in five minutes..then i waited for another 20..asked them again..they said yeah hes just getting the car washed for you..waited another F*cking 20 minutes. and he finally pulls up with a hyundai sonata after promising me he'd hook me up with a 5 series at LEAST. This was my first time taking my car to them..didn't exactly make a great first impression.

and it only goes downhill from there - turnersville will take good care of you and I had an X5 loaner my last time in

man..i gotta keep track of these posts! im resurrecting a few today haha. will do, they have a much better rep. sad, i love the tech guy at desimone.

Other than the amount of days you have to wait for service to get a loaner, this dealer has taken care of me. My sales rep and I became good friends after the sale. Service could be better but it isn't horrible. Never went to turnersville though
