new to Arizona! (goodyear, az)

hello southwest members! after 4 months my e92 finally made it out west!

i relocated from PA to AZ; work. both of my bmws (wife and mine) made it here safely today, and are happy they can keep their summer shoes on all year round in this climate! i have already met shift330, not sure if anyone else is in the west valley area? well i just wanted to say hello, and here is a pic of my cars this morning (white 328i and silver 335Ci).

Did you actually buy in Goodyear or somewhere else near-by? I'm finally getting my lazy ass in gear and putting offers in on a few houses on Monday.

Welcome. The summers are tough but in December when your family back east is shoveling snow you will be kicking it in 80 degree weather.

I met a person with an e92 tonight. Some pretty nice mods. I went over to talk to him cause I saw him pulling in and said nice ride. He just said "yeah, thanks" and walked away. That kinda pissed me off.

There's one tomorrow night (Thursday) at Evo Motorsports in Tempe.
Check out AZBMW.org for the info, but starts around 7pm, goes to about 11pm usually.

Probably not. He saw it when I was on my way out. But mine is better, because I drive it like its meant to be driven.

The family and I moved two years ago from just below the Mason-Dixon line in MD. Love it here so far but miss the country two-lanes for spirited Sunday drives. So far, my two favorite runs are going up the hills on I-17 north of Black Canyon City. Just this past weekend the Beeline Hwy made for a fun run home from Payson.

I'm located in the far North valley and work in the Biltmore section of the city. PM me any time! I'm sure you will enjoy it here. Especially now that the cooler weather is upon us.

Cool. More people that are local. I need to make time and we should definitely have a small meet. Theres an odd meet about 10 minutes up the 101 from me on friday nights I've made it out to a couple times.

Hey another PA relocate to AZ. Did you bring any good food from PA? I am over in Gilbert but stepson is going to school in Avondale. UTI, he wants to work on BMWs.
lad you made it ok and the cars did also. Can be a nerve wracking expeience shipping cars.
