Hendrick BMW Charlotte - Third Car

My wife and I just bought out third BMW from Hendrick. Their customer service was impeccable from start to finish. This was our second time dealing with Stephen Bartalini. Stephen is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We want to thank the entire staff for making out experience so great!

Very nice car. I've heard things are changing for the better over there, at one point they were famous for basically laughing people out of the showroom that asked for a discount off MSRP. Got to love being the only dealer in a metro of over a million people with tons of banking-based wealth.

I'm glad to hear you had a good experience, I'll say they have a number of good CAs there that know the product backwards and forwards.
