Body shops in CT

seems like someone scrapped my rear quarter panel with a cart. There is deep dent on the rear panel with a chunk of paint gone. Does anyone know if this is a quick fix? Any advice on good repair shops near stamford, ct would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. apparently they will have to repair cuz the damage is on the wheel arc, which cannot be popped out. Darien BMW referred me to their recommend shop in norwalk that repairs bimmers, so we'll see how good a job they do. But whats wierd is that the quarter panel piece extends all way over the A-pillar. so pretty much the entire quarter panel will need to be finished/painted.
