wanted- XENON HID BULBS fog lights
anyone know the what type bulb i need to change the fog lights, also anyone know where i could buy a set? can i put really bright ones like 8000k or will melt the wiring?

For the Xenon Bulb in the headlights, yes it's just a direct swap of the bulbs themselves (assuming you already have xenon headlights).
HID fogs, however, you will need an entire kit (ballast, bulb, etc.) to swap your halogen to the hid.

8000k should be the limit. But you certainly go higher I'm sure (haven't searched around for any of these kits before, don't even know if available).
Personally, I'd go with a 6000k foglight kit if I had to choose. 8000k is too blue and doesn't project enough light (the higher "k" rating you go, the less output you get).

I have MTEC xenon fog lights 6000K they look awsome....its not a simple swap...U have to take the wheel and the wheel liner out to go inside and then hook up the ballast and wire the bulb..but the best thing is no error and its really bright..everyone turn their head and look at my fogs at night.....I am going for my xenons to 6000K casue I get plenty on light from my fogs and xenons when they r on together.
