DO NOT ASK FOR JERRY MALONE! Better yet, do not patronize this dealership. He is a lier and snake! I had to write a complaint about this dealership to Customer Relations on how badly my experience was in trying to get a 2nd vehicle after the purchasing a 100k car from them. I thought San Francisco was bad, this is by far the worst hands down!! This dealership is shady and and most of the sales people are really old and judgemental towards younger folks that like white or red cars and tends to steer you to order silver and black only. They don't like to order alpine white with red. Beware! They discriminate as well!! Too make a long story short. I am ready to order and lease a new 2010 BMW z4 sdrive35i with white and red. Being that I have a history of having 10 BMW leases since 2002 and did not have to put a deposit on 100k 2008 bmw 650, that I leased from them last year. He had the nerve to call me today to tell me that they don't want to do business with me on placing an order for a manual 2010 z4 because he said they lost out on the 650 deal when I over negotiated last year. Isn't that a lame excuse since I did take delivery of the vehicle??? I think they discriminate!! Beware.

wow they sound like jerks...just go somewhere else....im sure you can get a better deal with much better service elsewhere
