New forum member and returnee to the BMW fold as of last weekend, when I picked up my 2009 335i Coupe w/ Sport, Premium, Steptronic, Dark Burl Walnut and Heated Seats - Black Sapphire over Saddle Brown/Black.

I was first considering an 2009 Coupe executive car w/ 6000 miles at Prestige BMW in northern NJ that was similarly equipped, and carried a commensurate "pre-owned" discount, but issues during the back and forth with them pushed me in the direction of a brand new car from my local dealer, Circle BMW.

I had a specific configuration and equipment list I wanted, and Deanna Riley at Circle spent a great deal of time with me searching for the equipment/color combination that was best for me. This was difficult, as while there were a large number of X-drive cars available, the Non-X coupes were few and far between. We ended up getting the car from a dealer in Long Island.

Further, being a trained accountant in the Financial Services industry, I have my own "lease calculator" and always confirm all numbers prior to committing to a deal. Needless to say, some dealers are more comfortable with this approach than others. Deanna was very comfortable doing this, and said in fact she does it regularly with customers. In addition, she gave me a very good price on the car, and helped me get an excellent trade in value for my old car.

In short, this car leasing experience was about as positive as it could be, thanks to Deanna, who took all the potential "pain" out of the process - Recommended!

Good experience with Danny in Sales and Tim in Service @ Circle BMW. Both of them are M Certified. I know Danny drives an M3. Tim, has an E30. Nice guys

+1 ... Tim is a great guy, M-Certified, and very knowledgeable.

Tathiana in Sales is who I've always worked with ... but only purchased 1 out of 3 BMWs here, as they tend to not negotiate as low as other dealers in the area.
