Real Estate Help

Guys,

So I got into Real Estate (Coldwell Banker) and realized I will not be handed any business through my office...since I know a lot of you I was wondering if you could help me out.

I need to get my name out specifically because this business is all word of mouth. If you know of anyone looking to buy or sell in the Greater Boston area (Westwood, Norwood, Dedham, Sharon, Needham, and Dover) please give me a call at 781-929-7070, PM me, or introduce me in person and I can be of service.

Additionally, if the people are not in this area, I have the ability to refer people professionally all over the country.

How's real estate in Boston by the way? I have been out of Boston for close to 6 years now. Any good opportunities for properties I can buy and lease out?

How have prices been in the last 5 years?

It looks like you're just starting in the business, and I wish you the best in your career. I'm the owner and Principal Broker of a real estate company located in Davis Sq. servicing primarily the Cambridge/Somerville areas, and have been doing this for 11 years now. Fun business, but a lot of work and time.

Thanks man. I really dont mind the work and time as I am / have always been a hard worker. I want it to pay off in the end, but I have no doubts that that will happen.

There's a lot to learn, but you get to work with lots of different people and you're not stuck in an office all day long. Plus, you get to make your own schedule. A blessing and a curse. With the exception of the Labor Day weekend, I haven't had a day off for over a month!

A pretty cool fact I found was that each person knows of 4 to 5 people that will be either buying or selling a home this year...if you guys dont know me good enough to refer to friends/family, I'd be more than happy to meet up for coffee or lunch and chat.

Dave when I did Mortgages it was a rat race....what you want to do is build that sales funnel..then when you get prospects never make them have to call you...never make any one feel like a non buyer because guess what I had some one denied for a mortgage and came back a year later and sign with me because of my tact with their situation...(financial) buying a home or getting approved for a loan is not only a "Practical" Purchase but an "Emotional" Purchase...one mad client will tell ten ppl one happy one may tell two...but you have a way with ppl so you should do well.....

Just dont call em NIGGSSS lol

Tell me about it ... I am all about the communication. I usually get back to current clients within about 10 minutes of receiving a text/call/email.

You know how I am Mike ... if there is money to be made I will go over the top to make sure that everyone is happy and that money is made.
