how to change ligt angel in 330i 2006

How to change angel light bulb in 330i 2006? dealer took off the front bumper to do this. Anybody have the same problem as me ???????

bumper does not need to be removed to replace an angel eye bulb on an e90... shoot me a PM if u need any help
