Exclamation Stevens Creek BMW, is their Service Dept. good?

OK, so I have this kinda deep scratch and a dent that I want to be repaired on my car's rear right door. I scheduled an appointment with them to do this but they are saying it might take a day or two, and I am not really comfortable with that.. And after reading about all these stuff about dealership problems, I am wondering whether they are any good/trustable or not..

My appointment was actually scheduled 3 weeks ago, Saturday. But when I went there, they told me that they only do body repairs during weekdays (then why the hell they put me on Saturday ) so they rescheduled me..

I also want the car reprogrammed since after my alarm installation at the dealer in Texas, some of the functions like auto- door locks are not working.
(I shouldnt pay anything for this right?)

So, can I trust Stevens Creek BMW for these? Any experiences? Suggestions?

Thanks a lot mates!

I went to East Bay BMW yesterday and although I didn't have an appointment, I asked for help programming something. The service adv promptly got a technician who resolved my issue in less than 5 minutes. Their service dept has always treated me well. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done

i 2nd this.......i didn't order my soon to arrive 2007 335i coupe from scbmw because they are......, just like what you said above. i know how some people don't like to be harass by ca's once you step foot on the lot, but at least make some effort to acknowledge the customer's presence. i was waiting outside the lot on a very HOT day for at least 25 mins until my buddy had to break up a smoking/chatting session by 2 ca's. and believe me, they saw us when we arrived because my buddy's wife dropped us off in their big yellow hummer. to make matters worst, the guy seemed pushy during the test drive. like he wanted us to end it asap. many of our questions were unanswered and when i asked how much discount, he sarcasticly said none. that's when i said see you guys later......... i wouldn't say all of them are like that, but they seriously have to re-evaluate their whole sales approach. oh well, all is good now...
