I would like to give Gregg Griswold at Baron BMW in Merriam, KS (Kansas City) my highest ranking.

I have ordered 2 cars with him and he has been terrific both times.

His knowledge of the car, the ordering process and the production process is impressive. He gives a very good deal without being pushy and he was able to find us near-term order slots that sped up the process.

He never loses patience when I pepper him with questions (most probably repetitive for him and exhausting) and he is extremely responsive (even called me back on his day off).

So if anyone is looking for a salesperson in the Kansas City metro I would recommend Gregg Griswold extremely highly.
