Dear all,

I purchased a set of coilovers from "jrsbeamer335" about a month ago

He passed of a set of Bilstein B14 PSS as the newer B16 PSS9's and sold it to me for $850.

I've pm-ed him already a week ago but ever since (i tink after he read my pm) he then decides to go into hiding and didnt reply me and he's stop posting on this forum since

This scum said he was raising funds for his college my god can u imagine what such a person would be like in future

and obviously i was fooled too. here is the link of who i bought them form. and im not talkng bad about this person. they were advertised as pss9's and they were in my possesion for less than a week.

This appears to have turned into a personal gripe between the two of you, which you can deal with offline, please.

To be clear, it is acceptable to alert other members of a potential scam or scammer. But do so in an adult manner. Personal attacks are unacceptable and childish, no matter how frustrated you may be. More posts like that will result in infractions.

Yes, the thread was closed for about 5 minutes because it looked like it was headed for the abyss, then figured it would be better to keep it open and just leave the warning.

Threads like this are very useful for the community, IMO. It just doesn't make sense to fill the thread with personal attacks, though, which seemed to be where this was going. Just stick to the facts and let people beware (or not, as they see fit).
