DuPont Teflon Tire Shine

Has anyone used this stuff yet? I just applied it to my nice e90 tires, and it comes out real milky looking...like skim milk or something...but have not seen if it has dried yet, due to it being dark outside....I was using Black Magic tire wet or something, but the stuff would sling off all onto my side paint and look like SH*T....so hopefully this stuff will get me that "wet look" without slinging goop everywhere...any info or advice on this product, or others would be great!
thanks
