Tire Shop recommendation, North Shore

Can anyone recommend a reputable/reasonable tire shop on the north shore (I'm in Melrose) that will rebalance my winter setup and install them? There are obviously a lot of places that can do this, just looking for someone who has had consistently good experiences somewhere.

fast track in peabody ive heard is good
or maybe hms in danvers? idk if they do that

Fahey Tire in Wakefield. I get my winter setup installed and stored there. great guys.

Just curious - Why do you need to rebalance them?

I bought them slightly used off CL and the former owner had one of the tires plugged since pulling them off. I just want to eliminate any potential issues before they go on-
