Pretty simple (and this is coming from a guy who is not mechanical savy).

These bulbs are HID looking or HID replacements?
The package says Halogen?

I was under the impression that if I wanted HID bulbs, I would also need a ballast and stuff
So these are just plug and play with no error on the car

Ah that's what I thought... MTECH HID fogs are different than these bulbs.
I just did a search.
meh.. not bad... I might pick these up anyways
