MAINLY because I'm scared of BMW's in the wet AND I'm a nerd who's been obsessively playing "DRAGON AGE: ORIGIN" AWSOME game... if you're into that sort of rubbish... and were not sure... BUY IT!!! You will lose several weeks of your life, but what the hey ! SJ p.s. Yes... I'm waiting for the TAXI whist T does the normal wardrobe procession... if any of you though I was THAT sad to be playing on a Friday night.... ;-P |

Not a huge fan of dragon age. I beat it, but its pretty cliche and not very inventive at all.

Hmmm I'm just playing through this and I'm gonna review it for my site.
Playing the xbox version and bought cheap because people said it was crap, with bad sound and droll graphics. I'll accept the 'cliche and not inventive' argument, but the sheer size, scale and ambition are something to be proud of and I find the score and voice acting to be absolutely up there. Considering many thought Mass Effect was the best game of all time - I struggled to bond with it's bland environments and entirely forgettable cast. Dragon Age definately makes for a deeper and more interesting rpg!! Matt |

To continue the nerd effect...
I've been playing this: Game is probably THE best RPG game I've ever played, probably because it is a MMORPG (Massive multiplayer online role playing game). I've gone through a 10 day free pass and am currently on a month free one at the moment, building up a warrior, there are nine to choose from! The games depth is unparallelled by anything anywhere. It's constantly being updated by Blizzard meaning for an endless experience. If you like to design a character and mould him into your own whilst doing quests by your own or by asking a player in the same area as you (battling a level 35 elite monster with 8-10 other players is absolutely amazing). The maps are huge consisting of two worlds which you can freely roam). Take a flight by a mystical creature called a gryphon from one region to another and take in the views, learn spells, professions, train your skills, embark on epic quests, duel with fellow players all in a fantasy world. Sounded like a review! Just shows how much this game grips you I guess. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_of_Warcraft (if anyone wants a free 10 day trial PM me and I might have one free.) It's been given so much negative press mate. A lot of it is BS tbh, probably the reason you don't want to get into it. The people who get "addicted" are those with very low self-control...

Why do u consider people playing games are nerds. Or your above statement, I consider it to be untrue.
Did you have fun playing the game? Did you spend happy moments? If it is a yes, then it is not a waste. Life is supposed to be fun. If you answered no, then change the game lol

I'm concerned the jury's still out on that one.
Oh! Hi, Carl.

Tried DOA yesterday for an hour or so and won't be playing it again. Boring compared to Fallout imo. Too many stats etc - combat clumsy. It did look great though!
