There were pictures of a E90 like that a while back. Those open ended guard rails are so dangerous.

The guard rail just missed the drivers head too!

People always say they survived cuz they want to post them (not sikkass but where he got it from)

Look at the drivers front seat, its been pushed sideways, the armco would have gone through the drivers head.

Yeah possibly. Either way, it looks like the driver too the full brunt of it either head/neck or chest.

In many ways I agree with Carl - noone has a clue what damage would have been sustained here unless they got it from a fairly reliable source like the BBC etc.

In this case, it looks like the seat twisted during impact, and it could have been that which stopped the driver being decapitated.

However, fuck knows.

I hope they lived, although I also hope it teaches them not to drive like a bellend, coz it bloody looks likely they were!!

On the second from last pic it looks like the engine has been squashed down into the car? The armco seems to be pressing it downwards and if any belts broke or were cut during the accident it's prob shagged as well.

I do agree with Carl tho, when I read the story I could not believe that anyone got out alive, with or without legs
