Flat RFT tire
So it just came to my realization that one of my tires is flat, I have a 205/55/r16 RFT (all OEM). Can these be repaired? If so, can this be done anywhere?
I rather not spend too much money on these since I will be getting rims soon. any info is appreciated. thx |

Dealers will tell you that RFT can't // shouldn't be repaired and try to sell you a new one.
I had a nail stuck in my OEM RFT. Took it to a local tireshop, they patched it up in 5 min, made sure all 4 tires was inflated to proper pressure and sent me on my way all for $10 bucks. I used that tire up until I needed a replacement without any problem. Of course, YMMV. |
