The British Solution to Save Petrol:

Prime Minister Gordon Brown wants us to cut the amount of petrol we use...

The best way to stop using so much petrol is to deport 3 million illegal immigrants! That would be 3 million less people using our petrol. According to that policy, the price of petrol would come down...

Bring our troops home from Afghanistan to guard the Channel...

When they catch an illegal immigrant crossing the Channel, hand him a canteen, rifle and some ammo and ship him to Afghanistan...

Tell him if he wants to come to Britain then he must serve a tour in the military...

Give him a soldier's pay while he's there and tax him on it....

After his tour, he will be allowed to become a citizen since he defended this country...

He will also be registered to be taxed and be a legal resident...

This option will probably deter illegal immigration and provide a solution for the troops in Afghanistan and the aliens trying to make a better life for themselves....

If they refuse to serve, ship them to Afghanistan anyway, without the canteen, rifle or ammo...

Interesting ..

Basically, all of us want to do better our own situation and that of our families.

In the UK we are fantastically lucky compared to 98% of the world. We know that we are going to have access to food and water next week. If our children get a simple infection we know that we will be able to get antibiotics to treat it.

In other countries people are starving to death, their kids are dying from curable diseases, being blown to pieces. People are dying from aids and their kids, with nothing to live for are being trained as child soldiers.

It really pisses me off when people completely fail to realise that we ALL won the lottery when we were born. Instead of being born in a wartorn part of the Congo, or Iraq, or Afghanistan we got lucky. We were born in the UK and ever since then we have had everything handed to us on a plate.

It's obvious why we have illegal immigration, the UK is a hell of a lot better than the alternative for these people and I don't blame anyone who wants to better themselves for trying to come here.

Should we manage the borders .. yes.

Should we deport illegal immigrants .. yes.

Do I agree with flippant nonsense like this .. no.

These people are already living a third class life. Even if they win big and get to the UK, being an illegal immigrant here isn't 'all gravy'. Anyone heard of gangmasters?

So we use the illegals as cannon fodder? Let them fight for a country that has refused them entry while the moral majority sit in their cosy armchairs in centrally heated homes watching Dancing on F*cking Ice????

Or just make stricter laws. Heres my view.

Rape, murder, assault, illegal immigration, arson, home invasion, etc all get life in prison. In a little cell, no internet, no books, no nothing. You can never leave the cell and never do anything. Crime would drop quite alot very quickly. People would be too scared to commit a major crime.
