Poll: Style of wheel "Mesh" or "Split 5 spoke" for e90s

  1. Mesh Style
  2. Split 5 Spoke style

partially for my own benefit as I am ridiculously indecisive, and just to see what the general consensus is between mesh type wheels like the CSL style or Morr VS8, Alu SF71, VRS 101 etc etc... compared to wheels like the style 313, M6 style, VRS 102 etc etc

Im not into the split 5's, a standard 5 spoke is pretty universal on all cars. But I think mesh looks best on euros almost as if they were all born with mesh wheels.

Mesh. I think the 5's look a little boring unless your running a BBK and some nifty looking rotors.

Agreed 100%. With more showing, you definitely to run BBK and nice large cross-drilled rotors. But if you have this setup or something similar, the 19 313s look sweet.

Get the 313s. I love them but I already have 19" CSLs and have some other mods in the works right now.

I agree the 5 spoke wheel design is probably the way I would go with an e92... but for the sedan, not so sure, looks like the 5spoke is winning the poll

Bit like asking which shape of hamburgers you prefer, square or round. It's personal preference. Mine is 5 spoke as its uncluttered, looks better in motion (reverse spin effect) and is far easier to keep clean. Mesh wheels also look good, have a classical appearance and there are a variety of styles. If everyone picked the same style, we'd all be sheep.

thats what I was thinking too.
However I had BBK I would sport 5 spoke b/c of how well the wheels would be filled by the BBK and how pretty they look with a big painted caliper.
