Wheel spacers for 8x18" for the rear ? 20mm ?
Hello,
I have 8 x 18" ET35 M6 Replicas with 225/40-18 all around and Eibach Pro-Kit 30/25mm. What spacers can I use for it not to rub AT ALL. I was thinking 20mm H&R DRA spacers, is it too much ? Also, I have chosen DRA System because everyone has chrome longer bolts and I need black ones. Does the paint stick on that silver bolts so I can paint them ? And are DRA spacers better that DR System with longer bolts ? Also pictures with 8 x 18" with various spacers would be very nice. Thanks !

Yes, 20mm is okay with that wheel.
I think paint will chip easily if you paint the chrome bolts.

Tnx, but if I one day change the wheels to 8x19 all around, will it be ok then ? I hope to get some photos. So better to go with 20mm DRA System than 30mm DR System ?
BTW do you sleep here on the forum ? I remember 1 year ago when I saw your post and you had 5555 posts, look at you now Your car looks AMAZING, what % tint do you have ? I must put that on spring too. Tnx

20mm spacers will be perfect for the rears and you don't need spacers for the fronts.
We offer any of the H&R TRACK+ Spacers with optional black bolts if you prefer those over the silver. I don't suggest chrome for what remmib said. |

Do you have maybe photos of some 20mm spacers mounted on 8x18" ? And also can you tell me the difference between DR and DRA Systems ? Because most of the people put DR and I think that DRA is better, safer and you can use original black bolts that has one lock bolt.
Cheers

I don't have photos of that setup but with the widths and offsets you provided, the front will be flush without spacers, the rear will be flush with the 20mm.
DRA spacers first mount to the hub, the wheels then mount to the spacer and does not require longer bolts. Many go with this setup if they have wheel locks that aren't extended and want to be reused. The DR spacers insert in between the wheel and hub and are bolted in place with extra long lug bolts. |

Yep, tnx for clearing that up ! I just hope that I wont get that my wheels stick out too much, that looks awful to me. I want it to be just like the fronts are now.
So, from your experience, is DRA system better or worse than DR system for suspension etc. ? Tnx
