Is this worth the 3,400 dollers?

Hey guys, i went to a rim shop and i told him i want something that looks like the ICONZ 880z rims but i dont want to spend more than 3500 for rims, tires, balancing, tpms, installation and everything. So he said what he can do is make the rim. So in the end hes going to make me the 880z rims, 19 inch, 19X8.5 front, 19X10 rear, wit falken452 tires, hes going to take my old tpms and put it in the new rims, they are going to be two piece, because he said thier more durable than the 3 piece. And its going to have a chrome lip, brushed face, and glossy black windows "Meaning the walls of the spokes will be black" And hes going to install them and balance them for 3,200-3,400.
Is this a good deal?
