Anyone know of a nice phone holder that goes on the dash?

I thought I saw a picture somewhere of a holder that seemed to be magnetically connected to the dash. It extended out so there shouldn't be any magnetic interference. I saw a universal one that suctioned onto the winder that was overpriced.

So you put velcro on the back of the phone, then stick it to the metal part of the dash? that seems like it would work fine. I don't want to get and stick stuff on the dash or the phone though. Or did you do it a different way?

just find a place where you wouldnt mind having a little velcro . that easy. I put mine on the plastic portion of my convertible top. however its hilarious when I forget I put it there in the first place and then I drop the top. My phone dissapears in the depths of the convertible stowaway compartment . Its funny. But then it comes right back out right along with it got love industrial strength velcro.

I saw a listing for that on ebay, but it looks like a metal plate that mounts to the side of the radio. Do you mount a phone holder to the metal mount? Do you have a pic?

This doesn't help you but this was one of the reasons why I got a Motorola Droid. Bad picture but you get the idea.

ProClip have two parts. You mount it by slilpping it under the dash trim. No holes of any kind. The holder is screw on the back plate. You can change out different holder as needed.

I don't have proclip on the M Coupe, but I've use them on 2 other cars.
Great product!

Here's the dash clip. (you then add a phone specific cradle)
