Pacific Bmw

NEVER, EVER! take your bimmer to pacific bmw in glendale, ca. i have had three bmw's and unfortunately, have had to take them all there for standard maintance... i always made appointments, and always had to sit in my car for atleast 30 minutes (sometimes 45-1hr) while the tech's played with their stupid computers. they always give you the run around, and because of the large concentration of nice cars in the area, they really don't care if you complain. i told a service tech once that i was going to give him horrible ratings when BMW called me, and he said it didn't matter because he gets so many in a day they really balance out... really, that's what he said.

one time they had to replace a faulty steering component on my 328i (old car) and they tried everything they could to tell me i "hit too many potholes", and that it was signs of aggressive driving. REALLY? these cars are meant to drive aggressively. do not bother, seriously, take it to rusnak in pasadena, or bob smith in calabasas (great dealership btw... once gave me a M3 as a loaner).

Did you buy your car from Pacific BMW? I took mine Pacific BMW for some warranty work once and am planning to go somewhere else. Have you had any experience with Century West BMW? I cannot believe Bob Smith BMW gave you a M3 as a loaner! Pacific BMW seems to only provide E90 328i as loaners.

i leased my previous car, the 328i from pacific bmw. my 335i is from bob smith. the only reason i got the M3 as a loaner was because my dad is really close with on of the service tech's there. regardless, even when i have not went through them i have gotten excellent service. No exageration, from the roughly 10 times I have taken my past BMW's to pacific, service has always been shit. stay away.

My experience with them was that they took too long (30 mins) to take my car out when they told me it was ready. There were also several other people who waited as long as I did.
