Dealerrater.com- legitimate site?

I checked out this site for opinions on dealers (specifically, service experience) in the Bay Area.

Oh my god... I read some of the most horrific experiences ever. I am not so nieve that I do not think that some of the posts are just flamers from other dealerships or competitors. or perhaps, people with good things go say just do not take the time to do so, but... After reading the comments on nearly every dealer service shop in the Bay Area, you'd be better off on your own with a set of tools and the maintenance book.

Any thoughts on whether the site is pretty accurate?

Wow, those are some horrific reviews. Has anyone had good service at any Bay Area BMW dealership?
