anybody in NYC done an unscheduled oil change?

My salesperson told me wait until the trip computer told me to change oil.
It will be 13000mls
My car just has 6600mls and I already have it one year.
I wonder if anybody have oil change before scheduled time.
If so, did you go back to dealer for oil change or just find a shop which provide oil change service?

BMW will change your oil free of charge every year i think...regardless...it is 15k or 1 year wgichever comes first...

I had mine done at the dealer with only 1500 miles...I think it was roughly $130

Yup..I changed my oil myself @ 1000, 4000, 7000 at my expense and then once @ 8000 miles at BMW's expense after one year...

I have it done at 1500 miles. I it was $80 at Prestige BMW.

Mark,
There is a free "early oil service" around 6-7K miles, if you have had the car for over a year. Stupid BMW told me about it, then I told them I was at 10K, and they told me I wasnt eligible because I was getting close to the 14K oil service. I lease the car, and in the end, if they dont want it maintained properly, its their problem more than mine.

Call your dealer and see what they can do. (I use Wide World upstate)

How those CSL Reps handle BK roads?

roads around my living area is ok

I don't know about areas in Brooklyn
maybe even worse I think
