East Bay BMW excellent SA Nick Martie
Just wanted to say thanks to Nick Martie, a SA at East Bay BMW. He was not my original SA but stepped in and helped me out quickly, he was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the repair process. He is going to be my SA from now on for service on my 335i. I highly recommend him.
