Lease end registration

I think i just got screwed on my lease return by Nick Alexander BMW (Los Angeles, CA) .... My car was due on the 19th and i was working on a new deal for a new car. I just returned my car today and they made me pay my registration cause the car was three days late... is that normal???? This dealership sucked stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any help is appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!

If you lease the car for "x" years then you should only pay the registration for "x" years. Talk to the sales manager.
