Anyone have any good/bad experiences with this guy?

I purchased a JB3/BT combo from him 3 days ago now, and have yet to receive any sort of reply from him on the status of the order after like 3 or 4 pm's sent to him. I understand that things take time, but simply replying to a pm to just update me does not.

Anyone with experience please chime in.

EDIT:

just got my package 5 days after placing order. So, shipping was super fast and order was taken care of. Just don't expect much in the way of communication. Would I do business with again??? I guess it would depend on price and my timeframe. Overall a very nuetral experience.
